These terms and conditions are applicable to the usage of WBT . Please read these terms and conditions carefully before using this Site. You must consent to these terms and conditions without qualification if you use this Site, and if you disagree with any part of these terms and conditions then you may not use this Site in any way.
This Website is provided solely to assist customers in gathering travel information, determining the availability of travel-related goods and services, making legitimate reservations or otherwise transacting business with travel suppliers, and for no other purposes.
When you make a purchase on the Site, you must agree to accept these Terms and Conditions.
A 'booking' means any order for products or services you make on our Site which is accepted by us. Acceptance will be made by WBT (and a contract concluded) when we have received full payment from you and sent a confirmation email (from either WBT or the relevant Travel Supplier).
WBT strongly recommends that you take out insurance for any purchase, especially as there may be circumstances where neither WBT nor the travel supplier can accept liability (e.g. delays or cancellations beyond our control).
All bookings made on this Site are subject to the relevant supplier’s/tour operator’s booking conditions in addition to these Site conditions. Booking conditions contain limitations and exclusions of liability, and cancellation and amendment charges are payable if a booking is cancelled or amended after it has been confirmed. The response time to customer queries is maximum 24 hours. But usually we respond quickly.The information about flight confirmation or any other required or relevant information will be sent through e-mail.
No warranties, promises or representations of any kind, express or implied, are given as to the accuracy of any of the information on this Site or as to the nature, standard, suitability or otherwise of any services offered by us or on our behalf. We shall not be liable for any loss or damage of whatever nature (direct, indirect, consequential or other) that may arise as a result, directly or indirectly, from the use of any of the information or material contained on this Site and/or the use of or access to any other information or material via web links from this Site, or any inability to access this Site. These exclusions of liability apply only to the extent permitted by law and, except for information or material accessed via other sites or supplied by an identified third party, where consistent with the applicable booking conditions. If any of these exclusions, in whole or in part, are found to be unlawful, void or unenforceable for any other reasons, that exclusion or part of the exclusion shall be deemed severable and shall not affect the validity or enforceability of the other exclusion(s) or part(s) of the exclusion(s) in question.
WBT may change any aspect of this Site or its content, including the availability of any suppliers, features, information, or other content, at any time without notice. The information and prices on this Site are not ‘live’ and are updated from time to time. Every effort is made to ensure the accuracy of all information and prices but, regrettably, errors do occasionally occur. Where a price is obviously incorrect due to a system error, we shall not be bound by such price. The prices and any discounts shown on this Site are applicable to WBT only and may vary from the prices offered for the same purchases by WBT and retail shops.
WBT Deposit - No booking will be confirmed unless the required deposit has been received by the WBT . Deposits are non-refundable. Fares and package costs are not guaranteed until full payment has been received.
All cheque payments require 7 working days to clear. Until full payment has been received the price of your booking may increase as a result of fuel or other surcharges which may be imposed by suppliers. Please note we do not accept responsibility for cash sent by courier or post, even if sent by registered or recorded delivery post or any other special delivery. If you are travelling immediately (same day of booking or within three days of booking) and you do not meet the credit/debit card security measures, we may ask you to pay cash directly into our Bank Account.
Before payment is received in full, WBT or the Travel Supplier is not obliged to issue any tickets, confirmations, vouchers, or other travel documents. However, you shall in all cases remain liable for payment of the amounts agreed for the travel products and services ordered.
Payment can be made by all major debit and credit cards, cheques and bank transfers only. All and any cash payments are your responsibility to make as bank transfer s to WBT banking account. WBT reserves the right to charge you in addition for any handling fees we or any Supplier incur including for any operations connected with the issuance of tickets for which a non-refundable transaction fee of amount defined with respect to the particular flight or cruise or holiday. You will be advised of the relevant fees at the time of booking. WBT reserves the right to pass on any charges relating to card chargeback’s or payment disputes. provided by the card-holder. In case the payment is processed with any payment card of a third party, we may require written authorization to be provided by the card holder. WBT reserves the right only to deliver e-tickets, confirmations, e-vouchers or other travel documents to your payment card billing address or email address provided at time of booking when authorized to do so by the payment card issuer. All email addresses used must be valid at the time of booking and throughout the duration of the period until after the flight and/or supplied tour has commenced.
All bookings are subject to a booking fee of 2.5%.
During the booking process, you will be given the choice of e-ticket or paper ticket. Please note that airlines have their own rules and regulations with regard to e-ticketing. WBT cannot be held responsible for non-compliance with these rules and regulations and strongly recommends that you check these details with your airline in advance of travel.
WBT rely on the information that you provide as being accurate and therefore cannot be held responsible if your paper tickets are lost due to an incorrect address or your e-ticket does not arrive due to an incorrect email address or your junk email settings. You must notify us immediately if you change your email address or contact telephone number. In addition, please check that the name on your passport matches the name on your ticket and/or booking confirmation.
If you hold any other booking, either with WBT or another agent, then it is your responsibility to advise us that you need tickets from us by a certain time. WBT would recommend that you do this before completing the booking. This will help us decide if express delivery is appropriate.
Please note that some airlines may apply a charge and follow a specific procedure for the re-issue of lost tickets or tickets delayed in the post.
Cancellations or Modifications by you to your Booking.
Your ability to cancel or modify a booked travel product or service, and the method for doing so, will depend on the specific Airline’s terms and conditions. It may not be possible to cancel or modify some products or services or there may be specific requirements you will have to meet. You can possibly cancel or modify your booking by calling to WBT which reserves the right to charge you an administration fee of 100 GBP per person to cover the administration costs incurred by WBT . These charges do not include any charges imposed directly by the Travel Supplier or hotel. Credit card fees, booking fees and any fees paid for delivery of paper tickets are non-refundable in the event of cancellation.
Your ability to cancel or modify a booked travel product or service, and the method for doing so, will depend on the specific Suppliers terms and conditions. It therefore may not be possible to cancel or modify some products or services or there may be specific requirements you will have to meet. You can possibly cancel or modify your booking by calling to WBT . Administrative charges apply.
If you will be traveling while pregnant, please note that regulations apply to the carriage of passengers who are more than a certain number of weeks pregnant at the time of travel. These regulations vary between airlines, so it is your responsibility to check the airline's policy before making a booking.
In some cases travel may not be permitted, or you may be required to travel with a doctor's letter, or even obtain a medical clearance from the airline. You must ensure that your travel insurance covers you if you are pregnant. We recommend that you also confirm with your doctor before booking that you are fit to travel.
Travelling with Child
Airlines require original Date of Birth Certificate for child travelling to South Africa.
Travelling with Infants
Airlines require that infants must be of a minimum age (typically six weeks) before they will be permitted to travel. Please ensure that you are aware of the airline's policy before making a booking.
Infants must sit on an adult's lap or occupy an infant seat – please contact the airline you are traveling with for details of appropriate seats.
To qualify for an infant fare, the infant must generally be under two years old on the date of return travel. Children aged two years or above must occupy a seat.
It is your responsibility to ensure that you understand and comply with all the passport, visa and health requirements of all the countries involved in your itinerary (including those that you transit).
It is your responsibility to ensure that you are in possession of a valid passport for your journey. Your passport must also be legible and intact. When making your booking you must ensure that the names you provide match those shown on the passengers' passports. Most countries require that your passport is valid for a period of at least six months after your return travel date: we recommend that you check with the embassy to confirm exact requirements.
It is strongly recommended that children hold their own individual passports; where a child is still included on a parent's passport you are advised to check that this will be suitable for the destination you are visiting before making a booking. Many countries still require passengers to obtain a visa, and in some cases transit visas may be required for countries which you pass through en route to your destination (even when you do not leave the aircraft). WORLDBESTTRAVEL can’t provide general information about the passport and visa requirements for your trip. Alternatively, for the most up to date information, we recommend that you contact the embassies of the countries you are travelling to/ through. We recommend that you do this well in advance of travel, as visas for certain countries can take some time to obtain.
Some countries also have additional immigration requirements, for example South Africa requires passengers to have at least 2 blank pages in their passports. For travel to the USA, a machine-readable passport is required, among other requirements, details of which may be found at www.usembassy.org.uk. Most destinations will require proof of return travel. Please take special note that for all air travel within the British Isles, airlines require photographic identification of a specific type. Please check all details in respective country website.
Regarding health, you are strongly advised to check with your GP prior to travel for up to date information regarding vaccinations which may be required or recommended for your destination/s. Please note that some countries may require proof of certain vaccinations as a condition of entry. We can provide general information about any health formalities required for your trip but you should check with your own doctor for your specific circumstances.
Please note that health and immigration requirements can change at short notice. Neither WORLDBESTTRAVEL nor the suppliers can accept any responsibility if you are denied boarding or are deported due to failure to comply with the above. You will be responsible for any costs you or WORLDBESTTRAVEL incur as a result of such failure.
Airlines reserve the right to make time changes, or in rare cases, to cancel flights, for operational reasons. Whilst WORLDBESTTRAVEL is not responsible for, and has no control over, such changes, we will do our best to assist when such situations arise.
In the unlikely event that your flight is cancelled by the airline or tour operator, your rights and remedies will be governed by the supplier's conditions/ airline's conditions of carriage. As a result you may be entitled to:
In the event of schedule changes made prior to commencement of your journey, it is not always necessary to have your tickets reissued or revalidated, but we will advise you should this be necessary. WORLDBESTTRAVEL take no responsibility for any flight rescheduling en route.
WBT will not be liable to any passenger for refund, compensation or claim for shortage of tour days or for cancellation, postponement or re-routing of any particular scheduled transport service due to any reasons including fog. The rules in respect of cancellation charges or refund will be applicable. The tickets are issued, subject to conditions herein.
You should not take any action based on information on this website until you have received a confirmation of your transaction. In case of confirmations to be received by email, if you do not receive a confirmation of your purchase/transaction within the stipulated time period, first look into your “spam” or “junk” folder to verify that it has not been misdirected, and if still not found, please contact WBT.
(a)To cancel a tour package/tour component prior to the date of departure and if it does so, its liability shall be limited to refunding all the money paid by the customer towards the tour
(b)To amend, alter, vary or withdraw any tour, holiday, excursion or facility, it has advertised or published, or to substitute a hotel of similar class if it is deemed advisable or necessary. In either case the WBT shall not be liable for any damages, additional expenses or consequential loss suffered by the customer.
WBT makes no warranty that this site will meet your requirements nor that the service on this site will be uninterrupted nor that results that may be obtained from the use of this site will be accurate or reliable nor that any required information or other material obtained by you through this site will meet your expectations and nor that any errors in this site will be corrected.
WBT will not be liable to you for any special, consequential, incidental, and exemplary or punitive damages, or loss of profit or revenues. WBT is also not liable under any circumstances for damages arising out or related in any way to your inability to access, or your difficulty in accessing, the website. WBT shall not be liable under any circumstances for damages arising out of or in any way related to products, services and/or information offered or provided by third-party vendors accessed through the website or by any other means. All content and information provided by WBT either through the website or otherwise is provided to you without warranty of any kind either expressed or implied, with regard to the merchantability, technical compatibility or fitness for a particular purpose with regard to any service, products or material provided by or through the website.

If any dispute arises between you and WBT during your use of the Site or thereafter, in connection with the validity, interpretation, implementation or alleged breach of any provision of the Terms and Conditions, the dispute shall be referred to a sole arbitrator who shall be an independent and neutral third party identified by WBT . The arbitration proceedings shall be in the English language. The Terms and Conditions shall be governed and construed in accordance with English law.
This agreement shall be construed in accordance with the laws of England and Wales and the courts of England and Wales shall have exclusive jurisdiction to deal with any disputes arising between you and us or our suppliers.
