India is a wonderful destination with a diversified culture and a heritage of many ages. Interestingly the language and culture changes every 50 kilometres. Every moment of every day is celebrated in a festive mood. There are beautiful locations in the Himalayas like Srinagar, Pahalgam, Sonmarg, Khilanmarg. There are many pilgrim destinations such as Kashi, Haridwar, Varanasi in the northern part, Tirupati, Thiruvananthapuram in the south, Akshardham and Dwarka in the west, Baijnath, Konark temple in the east. You can visit world famous places such as the Taj Mahal, Qutub Minar, Gateway of India and Howrah Bridge in Calcutta.

Both Africa and India can offer the most amazing wildlife adventures. You shoot wildlife with your cameras. The deserts to jungles, heat and cold, dust and rain and sometimes baking sun can show you so much of the different landscapes and then there's the fantastic seascapes. From the bizarre, standing in Cape Town at Cape Agulhas to watch the real life drama of the Indian Ocean and the Atlantic Ocean spume their meeting crescendos ............. to just standing at the top of Blyde River Canyon ( from Johannesburg or Durban ) surveying the vast and unending veldt, as far as the eye can see. India on the other hand offers you such majestic cultural and mass population experiences, from the Mughal charm of Agra and the Taj Mahal to the Lutyens splendour of the Delhi parliament buildings. This is also where the India and Africa " cultures " too can meet. Lutyens created both the India parliament buildings in Delhi and those in the Cape Town in South Africa . The buildings are oh so similar, you should see them to believe it. Then up to the Royal Chitwan Park to see the magnificent tigers and also elephants, closer in Delhi, travelling the roads and byways still to this day.

Then there are the wonderful morning and evening sun and shadows, formatting across the magnificent skies and into the HIMALAYA ... from Kathmandu to Pokhara, those fabulous walks and verdant terrain ... the villages, the simplicity often of normal life .... it's to be experienced, don't rush it at all, take your time and leisurely go where few have gone before. Reaching Kathmandu is often via Delhi and booking your cheap flights through worldbesttravels is the way to go.
